WHAT IS PROGRAMMING LANGUAGES IN CODING?

The usage of electronic devices like laptops, cellphones and tablets is increasing rapidly. And these devices require code to function properly. As computers can’t communicate like humans, they have this coding to act as a translator. Codes convert human input into numerical sequences that computers understand. So, coding is the process of using programming languages to give instructions to the computer. These instructions help in powering the websites, softwares and applications. These programming languages help humans to tell a machine which actions to perform and how to complete tasks.

Coding classes in Delhi are very popular to learn about coding and programming languages.

WHY USE CODE?

While building the websites and applications, developers use a variety of programming languages.

Front-end developers are those who create website layouts and designs. They typically use HTML, CSS, or Javascript code to develop the websites

Back-end developers ensure the website functions properly, databases, back-end logic, application programming languages, and servers. Websites like Facebook, Linkedin need back-end developers to work on coding using languages like SQL, Java, and Python.

Most of the developers use Python, C, C++, Swift, Ruby for creating apps for cell phones and computer software.

Now let's talk about popular programming languages and their uses:

1. C

C is a supporting structured programming language with a static type system. It is used to develop software operating systems and databases. It is a structured programming language that is machine independent.

2. PYTHON

Python is a general-purpose language that can be used in a range of applications, Data science, software and web development, automation and getting stuff done. It can be also used in developing websites, software programs, and performing data analysis. It is platform-independent and also easy to read, understand and write.

3. HTML

HTML is a text based coding language. It tells the web browser how to display tests, images and different forms of multimedia on the webpage. It is also used to create structures in the webpages like tables, links, paragraphs, etc. The language is widely used with a lot of resources and a large community

4. C++

C++ is an object oriented programming language to give a clear structure to the programs. It is mostly used to create and develop games.

5. C#

C# is a modern, object-oriented and type safe programming language. C# enables developers to build secure and robust applications in the .NET. it is used for creating desktop application and web services

6. SCALA

Scala is a strong statically typed high level general purpose programming language. It supports both object-oriented and functional programming. It is used in development of data engineering, data processing and web development support.

7. PERL

Perl is a feature rich programming language that is similar in syntax to C programming. It is used for text manipulation, web development, and network planning.

8. PHP

PHP stands for Hypertext Preprocessor. It is used in managing dynamic content, databases, session tracking, and entire e-commerce sites. It is used in managing databases and creating web pages.

9. SQL

SQL stands for Structured Query Language. It is a programming language used to communicate with the databases, and managing and organising data.

10. JAVASCRIPT

Javascript is a lightweight or interpreted compiled programming language with first class functions. It is used to create webpages and support front-end programming and back-end development.

11. SWIFT

Swift is a powerful programming language mostly used in apple platforms like iOS, iPadOS, macOS, etc.

12. OBJECTIVE-C

Objective C is a high-level general purpose, object-oriented programming language that adds messaging to the C programming language. It is basically used for writing software for Apple products.

13. RUBY ON RAILS

Ruby on Rails is a server side web application written in Ruby under the MIT License. Rails is a model-view controller framework, providing the structure for a database, a web service and web pages.

There are many more programming Languages which we will be discussing in upcoming blogs. To learn more about coding and different programming Languages, you can choose the best coding institute Delhi
